MONDAY
Yoga Blend, 9:15-10:45 am
Drawing from various styles of Yoga and incorporating favorite aspects from each, this mixed levels class is intended to strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and improve your health. Classes are often thematic; routinely include breath work and simple meditation, and always a restful savasana.

Moksha Monday, 5:45-7:00 pm,
Free your mind and the rest will follow! Letting go of old beliefs and discovering the surprises within and around you may be your path to moksha, the Sanskrit word for emancipation. We’ll build on the primary poses essential to a well rounded practice while proceeding in an exploration of intermediate to advanced poses. Dive in deep both physically and mentally.

**Monday Night Introduction to Yoga Series
7:15-8:30 pm. Next series begins May 11, 2009.
A progressive, six-week series designed to give you the basics. Pre-registration is required.

TUESDAY
Basics & Beyond, 7:15-8:30 pm
Life after Intro. This class is for all students who have completed an Introduction to Yoga series.

WEDNESDAY
Yoga Blend, 9:15-10:45 am

THURSDAY
**Yin Flow, 4:00-5:15 pm
Class begins with longer held seated poses to encourage a deep stretch in the connective tissue; moves to strength based asanas and incorporates flowing transitions. Physically challenging and calming, this class allows students time to deepen awareness of their Yoga practice, body and life.

**Yoga for Everybody, 6:00-7:15 pm
This class is appropriate for all.

FRIDAY
**Yin
1st/3rd/5th Friday of the month
6:00-7:30 pm
This introspective class with emphasis on deep stretches for the joints and connective tissues will prepare your body physically and train your mind mentally for seated meditation. Class concludes with meditation.

**Restorative
2nd/4th Friday of the month
6:00-7:30 pm
Got Stress? Get Restorative. We’ll use props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body in various poses, encouraging deep relaxation and healing. Restorative Yoga is also beneficial for injury recovery, chronic fatigue, preparing for childbirth, and much more. This quiet and calming class will leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

SATURDAY
Sunrise Flow, 8:30-9:45 am
Get ready to build heat, strength and suppleness in this invigorating class. Focus on alignment, breath and meditation, while integrating a stimulating flow make this fun class challenging. And you thought it took a latte to get you moving! Some previous yoga experience recommended.

SUNDAY
**Yoga for Everybody, 10:45-Noon
This class is appropriate for everyone, including beginners.

Cost: Drop-in class $15, 5 classes $65, 10 classes $120

About Dariece: I like combining elements from a variety of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Yin & Restorative Yoga. Fundamentals of breath awareness, alignment, and concentration are included in each class. A Certified teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance at the RYT 500 hour level, I have studied in the US and India with A.G. and Indra Mohan, Nikki Estrada, Sarah Powers, Judith Lasater, and Ramanand Patel, as well as others. I continue to deepen my understanding of the eight limbs of yoga through personal practice and study. I offer classes for students of all levels and abilities.
